Generally, the following areas of metal roof need to be waterproof: horizontal lap joint, vertical lap joint, fan outlet, pipe extending from roof, air conditioning pipe, lighting board around, ridge, gutter, joint between metal plate and parapet, screw fastener and other weak links of metal roof waterproof.

預(yù)處理：

Pretreatment:

施工前仔細(xì)檢查金屬屋面，確保金屬屋面牢固、干凈、無銹蝕、無冰凍物，不符合上述情況則分別作如下處理：

Before construction, the metal roof shall be carefully inspected to ensure that the metal roof is firm, clean, free from rust and frozen objects. If the above conditions are not met, the following measures shall be taken respectively:

A、更換已生銹固件,在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢迷黾庸碳?

A. Replace the rusted firmware and add the firmware at the appropriate position

B、用除銹砂紙將生銹區(qū)域打磨干凈,直呈現(xiàn)金屬本色,然后涂一層基層涂料.

B. Grind the rusted area with derusting sandpaper until it is metallic, and then apply a layer of base coat

C、冰凍物，灰塵及其它臟物.

C. Remove frozen objects, dust and other dirt

施工工藝：

Construction technology:

A、金屬屋面搭接處:金屬屋面搭接處先涂一層基層涂料，在其仍為濕潤(rùn)時(shí)，把15～20厘米寬的聚酯布嵌入其中，再從上面用基層涂料充分浸潤(rùn)聚酯布，以全干。

A. Metal roof lap joint: a layer of base coating shall be applied at the joint of metal roof. When it is still wet, the polyester cloth with a width of 15-20 cm shall be embedded into the coating, and then the polyester cloth shall be fully soaked with the base coating from the top until it is completely dry.

B、金屬屋面的突出物(如煙囪、出氣孔、風(fēng)機(jī)口等):裁剪尺寸、形狀合適的縫織聚酯布，并按技術(shù)要求裁剪好，在突出物周圍涂一層基層涂料，把裁剪好的縫織聚酯布鋪于其上，再從上面用基層涂料充分浸潤(rùn)聚酯布，確保不起泡、不起皺。

B. Protrusion of metal roof (such as chimney, air outlet, fan mouth, etc.): cut the sewing polyester cloth with appropriate size and shape, and cut it according to the technical requirements. Coat a layer of base coating around the protrusion, spread the cut seam woven polyester cloth on it, and then fully soak the polyester cloth with base coating from the above to ensure no blistering and wrinkling.

C、金屬屋面固件：用10㎝×10㎝的縫織聚酯布，按上述同樣的方法處理。

C. Metal roof fixings: 10 cm × 10 cm polyester fabric shall be sewn and woven in the same way as above.

D、金屬屋面天溝：天溝搭接縫, 落水口等處先用金屬屋面防水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行局部防水處理，然后在更大防水范圍涂一層涂料, 在其仍為濕潤(rùn)時(shí)鋪上聚酯布, 再從上面用漿料充分浸潤(rùn)聚酯布, 以全干. 少12小時(shí)后, 然后再涂一層漿料.

D. Metal roof gutter: the metal roof waterproof system shall be used for local waterproof treatment at gutter lap joint and water outlet, and then a layer of coating shall be applied in a larger waterproof range, and polyester cloth shall be laid when it is still wet, and then the polyester cloth shall be fully soaked with slurry from above until it is completely dry. After at least 12 hours, a layer of slurry shall be applied

E、在做好防水處理的區(qū)域涂二層表層涂料，表層涂料的總涂覆率為35m2/20升(可以一次涂刷，但建議分兩次涂刷，保持總涂覆率不變)。

E. Two layers of surface coating shall be applied in the area with good waterproof treatment, and the total coating rate of surface coating is 35m2 / 20L (it can be applied once, but it is recommended to brush twice, keeping the total coating rate unchanged).

F、基層涂料的單層的涂覆率為40m2/20升，聚酯布的利用率為百分之90
