1、依照相關法律法規以及規章制度的要求，企業標準都會備案，完全可確保災區活動板房的質量。

3、用于工作、生活的活動房,原則上只允許搭設單層,長度不得超過30米(8間),每間宿舍住宿人數不得超過8人。活動房旁應配備符合消防要求的滅火器材。

4、因特殊原因,需搭設雙層活動房,必須符合《建筑結構荷載規范》GB50009—2001,且長度不得超過22米(6間)。同時,根據實際情況,須采取預埋底腳螺栓(型鋼)等聯結墻柱,并用鋼管將活動房整體固定,對活動房進行加固。搭設雙層活動房必須制訂搭設方案。

方案由使用單位、安裝單位技術負責人簽字認可,并報所在地建筑監督站備案。大江大河(湖)邊、曠野地區嚴禁搭設雙層活動房。
