2.底子的程度：在底子澆注時，必定要測量佳程度，底子澆注完后，程度誤次操縱在10MM以內。

3.混泥土標號：大局部尺度板房底子為C20。平常情況下內無鋼筋，如有地形、地基特殊情況或板房有特殊要求，應以技能部出圖為準。

4.底子澆注時間：彩鋼活動房的底子澆注應與慣例的混泥土澆注工藝一樣，不可減少工藝秩序。在底子澆注完成到板房裝配之間應留有充沛時間，以確保混泥土到達必定的硬度。

5.要求：為保障裝配工期，裝配質量和裝配后整潔美觀，在制造底子的同時，把室內地面也一并澆注完成，程度高度與底子一樣，在板房裝配完成后，在室內鋪地板既方便，又整潔，也不會影響板房的質量和外觀。室內地板的高度應比底子程度高度高出50MM，以確保雨水不會流入室內和地圈梁的堅實水平。

5.
