活動房作為一個堅固可靠的臨時性住房，為人們帶來了極大的方便，它的特點就是可拆卸可組裝，我們拆卸活動房時順序應遵循“先安裝的構件后拆卸、后安裝的構件先拆卸”的原則。

1、活動房的支撐桿件應逐跨、逐榀拆除，并應防止活動房整體失穩倒塌。拆卸長桿件時，應少兩人配合操作，拆卸的長桿件應放置平穩或直接傳遞到地面。

3、操作人員嚴禁站在構件上采用晃動、撬動或用大錘砸鋼架的方法進行拆卸，對于已經拆卸下的工作面板、構件、鋼絲繩等材料，應該及時的傳送到地面，嚴禁高空拋擲。
