設(shè)備初始處理后應(yīng)放置在干凈的地面上。根據(jù)設(shè)備定位，設(shè)計圖紙定位分區(qū)，確定頁面尺寸是否與圖紙尺寸、設(shè)備位置相沖突

確認(rèn)場地地面高度，看是否有較大震動，是否需要整平彩鋼墻底。

Confirm the ground height of the site to see if there is significant vibration and if it is necessary to level the bottom of the color steel wall.

二、安裝要求

2、 Installation requirements

固定外圓弧:與太原彩鋼板的連接必須密封，外圓弧柱不連接，圓弧連接點在正確位置，間隙封閉。

Fixed outer arc: The connection with Taiyuan color steel plate must be sealed, the outer arc column is not connected, the arc connection point is in the correct position, and the gap is closed.

用3顆螺釘固定在每個頂板和保護板之間。保護板與立板之間的每個連接處上下均有固定拉桿，施工時固定，且平縫必須垂直

Fix with 3 screws between each top plate and protective plate. Each connection between the protective board and the vertical board is fixed with a tie rod up and down, which is fixed during construction, and the flat joint must be vertical

固定t型吊索:吊索代號沿下拉位置定位，間距不超過1.20m。固定t型梁與太原彩鋼板連接時，用角鋼或角鋼壓實，不留下縫隙，實心壓在兩塊彩鋼板的連接線上

Fixed T-shaped sling: The sling code is positioned along the downward position, with a spacing not exceeding 1.20m. When fixing the T-beam to connect with Taiyuan color steel plate, angle steel or angle steel should be used to compact without leaving any gaps, and the solid should be pressed on the connecting line of the two color steel plates

固定槽式鋁板:槽式鋁板固定前，偏差不得超過5mm，槽式鋁板用M5x30鋁板間接固定，不超過300mm。雙絞線必須放置在有槽式鋁板的位置，間距不得超過

通風(fēng)門的安裝:通風(fēng)門的安裝應(yīng)按圖紙進行，避免t型房屋。安裝及墻面上的回風(fēng)孔應(yīng)距地面

Installation of ventilation doors: The installation of ventilation doors should be carried out according to the drawings to avoid T-shaped houses. The installation and return air holes on the wall should be located at a distance from the ground

外觀要求:整體安裝應(yīng)平直美觀，無沖擊和劃痕，板線連接平直，板線間距為3-4mm，膠縫應(yīng)完全平直無縫

Appearance requirements: The overall installation should be straight and aesthetically pleasing, without impact or scratches, with straight board line connections and a spacing of 3-4mm between board lines. The adhesive joints should be completely straight and seamless

門窗的安裝位置和開啟方向按圖紙要求確定。同一太原彩鋼板上的單扇門盡量打開，兩扇門的中線要盡量與開口連接，以便太原彩鋼板切割成門板。連接窗戶的結(jié)構(gòu)材料很重要，不能有開口。整個門窗的對接尺寸應(yīng)均勻右轉(zhuǎn)。

The installation position and opening direction of doors and windows shall be determined according to the drawing requirements. Single doors on the same Taiyuan color steel plate should be opened as much as possible, and the centerline of the two doors should be connected to the opening as much as possible, so that the Taiyuan color steel plate can be cut into door panels. The structural material for connecting windows is very important and there should be no openings. The docking size of the entire door and window should be evenly turned to the right.
