　　彩鋼板是有基板和彩色的腹膜或者鍍層構(gòu)成的。我們得考慮基板和腹膜鍍層的厚度，比較好的彩鋼板基板是0.02~0.05mm，覆膜或者涂層厚度往往只有0.15mm以下。因?yàn)閺挠绊懖输摪宓氖褂脮r(shí)間來看，基板的厚度是很重要的。而有些生產(chǎn)彩鋼板的廠家往往在基板及彩鋼板涂層或覆膜上做手腳，他們降低基板的厚度，但是增加腹膜的厚度來降低彩鋼板的生產(chǎn)成本，這就大大降低了彩鋼板的使用壽命了。
